Bob Seidenberger is an experienced financial executive who has spent the majority of his career in the healthcare finance industry. At Meridian, Mr. Seidenberger is Director of Originations and oversees the Western Region while maintaining business relationships nationwide.

Prior to joining Meridian in 2004, Mr. Seidenberger was a Business Development Executive for various healthcare accounts receivable finance companies in New York City, Chicago, Philadelphia and San Diego. At each of these he was responsible for developing and cultivating new relationships with bankers, finance companies and various other referral groups.

Mr. Seidenberger began his career as a management trainee at Miami National Bank, eventually moving into commercial lending. Subsequently he held accounting and finance positions at various institutions. At Mack Trucks International, among other duties, Mr. Seidenberger coordinated the cash management function for both U.S. and international locations and negotiated dealer floor agreements. In 1992, he became involved in healthcare as a senior financial accountant for Kids Peace, a children's rehabilitation facility in Allentown, PA. At Kids Peace he designed and implemented a system for accounts receivable financing, prepared monthly statistical analysis for management, and coordinated manpower and statistical and expense budgets.

In 1995, Mr. Seidenberger left this position to become Underwriting Manager at Linc Financial in Chicago. As Underwriting Manager, he was responsible for underwriting all new credit requests and was instrumental in the growth of the portfolio prior to Linc's acquisition by Finova in 1996. As a result of the acquisition, Mr. Seidenberger joined American Healthfund in Philadelphia as the Manager of Field Operations. At American Healthfund he was responsible for field audits, presentation of transactions to Senior Management and coordinating the legal documentation process.

Mr. Seidenberger earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and currently resides in San Diego, California.
